After much consideration, I have chosen Jamie and Belinda Borg to operate the new Woolshed Café located at The Amazing Mill Markets Ballarat.

Their enthusiasm and experience will ensure that stallholders and customers alike will enjoy the implementation of some great new ideas and a broad range of quality menu choices.

With our support and Jamie and Belinda’s commitment the café’s future success is ensured.

The Woolshed Café will operate from 10 am to 4 pm.
