We are pleased to welcome the lovely Kathy and Hannah as the new managers of the Daylesford Mill Markets Cafe.
This mother/ daughter duo are well experienced in the industry and have been working at bringing new life into the cafe along with finalising it’s all new layout.
Kathy and Hannah are still on the hunt for some enthusiastic and dedicated Barista’s and Cook’s to join the team.

BALLARAT
We are thrilled to announce that our Ballarat cafe has just reopened under all new management.
We welcome the bubbly new family team of the newly named Sit, Chill & Fill.
Jack and his parents Cess and June have recently revamped the cafe, giving it a fresh new look and continue to bring a range of new ideas.
Already the delightful aromas of a freshly cooked bacon and egg breakfast are filling the whole venue.
The team have brought in a whole new menu, which they continue to add too. It’s filled with simple wholesome delicious tucker.
Our stall holders can vouch for they’re great coffee too!
The new cafe is open 10-6 everyday.
