Mother’s Day at The Amazing Mill Markets

Celebrating Mother’s Day is always an exciting time in May of each year. This year is particularly special for Mark Ward of the Amazing Mill Markets, as he has been in remission from cancer for the last four months.

“I am so excited to be able to celebrate this wonderful day with my 86 year old mum Claire as I have survived a very traumatic last 12 months fighting the cancer. Going through these sorts of events makes you realize just how very special those people close to you really are” Mark Ward said.

“I think Mums are pretty unique people, so it’s nice to make a fuss of them, we will be going out for lunch to celebrate”.

Open from 10am to 6pm, it is business as usual at The Amazing Mill Markets on Mother’s Day Sunday 11th May. It’s a great place to find that last minute gift for mum, a gift voucher or indulge her for lunch or afternoon tea at the Woolshed Café Ballarat or Peppermill Cafes at Daylesford and Geelong at Bellarine Highway, all of which even serve gluten free food.
